ONLY two riders won more than once in the period under review and both were men. Not too surprisingly, one was the ever-reliable Denis Currie who marked his return to competition for the second half of season with victories in the EI110 Amateur classes at Finvoy (2) and Vesey Lodge on Arodstown Aramis.

The other was Daniel Bourke whose brace of wins, from just three starts, came at EI90 Amateur level at Kilguilkey House (2) and Ballindenisk (2). He completed on his dressage score at both venues on his mare, Mohican Magic.
