She’ll have a few options but if she gets into the good handicap on the Friday, she’ll go there. She ran a lovely race at Cork and I’ve been very happy with her since.
She needs a good few to come out to get in but she has a lovely racing weight at the minute at 8st 10lb and the ground is normally on the slow side at Galway which will be fine for her. If she gets into that, she’ll go there.

He is also in the big mile and a half handicap on Friday night and like Melburnian, he will have other options down there. I’ve been happy with him and he’s a nice horse and the lads that own him like to have runners at Galway so the plan is that he’ll go there.
If we think that he’ll get in there, we’ll wait for Friday with him. He was a bit free over two miles at the Curragh but that run has knocked the freshness off him. He has been in good form since and I’m happy with him.

He’ll go for the amateur handicap on the Monday night. Hopefully he’ll get in and he has been in good form. He was a bit disappointing on his couple of starts this year, but he seems good and fresh now and I’m happy with him.
We’ll need a good few to come out to get in, but he runs well around Galway. He has around there and has been placed a couple of times over hurdles. The ground should be fine for him and he could have an outside chance.

Like Golden Spear, he’ll need a few to come out to get in. He was very good around Christmas time and won well at Leopardstown.
He had a good break during covid and he goes on any ground. He has a nice weight on his back and Galway always produces lovely ground. If they both get into the big amateur handicap, the ground should be fine for them.

I’ve been very happy with him and he ran a lovely race on the flat at Cork a couple of weeks ago. He has come out of that race in very good form and the plan is that he’ll go back for another crack at the Galway Hurdle next week.
He has a few more pounds on his back this year and he has 11st 2lb at the minute.
Robert won on him last year and knows the horse, so we’ll see what John [Breslin] wants to do and see if the top-weight is going to run – he has a lot of weight and we might claim off him. I’ve been very happy with him.
He is at the stage where there are very few options for him and it won’t be easy for him but we’ve had it in our minds to go back and have another go at it (Galway Hurdle) since Christmas.
John loves Galway and he loves to have runners there so with a bit of luck he’ll go there and give a good account of himself.

He is in the Plate, but he’ll have other options as well. He ran a cracker in the Plate last year and if the ground is good, he’ll go there. I know he has top-weight but the ground is crucial to him.
When he won over fences at Killarney he looked as good as ever and Kevin (Sexton) said that he felt brilliant that day. The ground went on him in the race last year but he still ran a cracker and the good ground is very important to him. It’s a compressed handicap so he won’t have to give away too much weight.
He’ll have options on the flat and over hurdles and we’ll just have to see what way the ground is, and we’ll make a decision closer to the time. We are definitely leaning towards running him in the Plate.
Everything went wrong for him the last day on the flat at Killarney, but he still ran well and he’s been in great form since. He has been a brilliant horse for everyone and I’d love another go at the Plate with him.

He runs in the three-year-old handicap on Monday over seven. He won his maiden at Limerick and he ran a lovely race in a conditions race after that at Cork. The winner has since won a premier handicap and the slow ground will be ideal for him.
I think he has a nice mark and he’s a horse that we’ve always liked and the plan is that he’ll go there. I think if he gets a bit of luck with the draw, I think he’ll run a very good race.

He’s a very nice horse and he won a point-to-point for Colin Bowe and we bought him after that at the Cheltenham Sale. He does everything right and he looks a smart horse and he will go for a bumper down there.
I’d say the bumpers at Galway will be above average this year as you know that you’ll get nice ground down there so we’ll have to see what the race looks like but he’ll take his chance and he’s a horse that we like.

He was second over hurdles the other day and he has been unlucky not win his maiden hurdle before now. He’s a nice horse and looked as if he was going to win at Cork earlier in the year, only to come down at the last. The winner Recent Revelations is rated in the 130s and ran well in the Fred Winter.
He has a nice bit of experience which should stand to him around there. I am not sure what day he’ll run but he appreciates a bit of nice ground and he’ll run in one of the maiden hurdles down there.

He had a lovely run when second in a handicap hurdle in Kilbeggan and after that, he was a little bit disappointing at Downpatrick the last day, but he may not have handed the track.
He’ll have a few options and the likelihood is that he’ll go for a handicap hurdle. The ground isn’t an issue for him and I’d like to think that he’ll be competitive in whatever race he runs in down there.
