4.15 Dubai Duty Free The Irish Village EBF Maiden

Timourid bounced back from an unplaced return to action at Naas in March to finish a close third to Galileo Chrome in a maiden over this course and distance earlier in the month.
A repeat of that run could well be good enough. Daylight Come lacks the advantage of a recent run but he is a likely contender based on a good third to Valeria Messalina in a decent Naas maiden last September.
SELECTION: TIMOURID
Next Best: Daylight Come

Jumeirah Creekside Alleged Stakes (Group 3) 1m 2f
This could provide Sir Dragonet with his first victory since last year’s Chester Vase. He comes here off an excellent run in the Wolferton Stakes at Royal Ascot where he came from a long way back to finish a 2¼l second to Mountain Angel.
He shaped better than the final result that day and if he turns up in similar form he might have the measure of Buckhurst who had him back in fourth when winning the Royal Whip Stakes here last August. Buckhurst should improve for his recent comeback second in the Heritage Stakes at Navan.
SELECTION: SIR DRAGONET
Next Best: Buckhurst
5.15 Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships Handicap 6f
Taggalo looks quite interesting on her first run for a yard in outstanding form. She was unable to build on her debut last season, but if she returns to the form that saw her take fourth behind Windracer in a smart fillies’ maiden at this meeting last year she would look reasonably treated off a mark of 70 for her first handicap.
She might have most to fear from Nullifier who had three relatively quick runs last autumn and signed off with a clear-cut victory over 5f Navan in October. He appeals as one that should have more to offer this year.
SELECTION: TAGGALO
Next Best: Nullifier

Bowerman produced an impressive display to win the Lincoln at this track two weeks ago with something to spare.
The manner in which he achieved that success off a mark of 97 in a competitive handicap would suggest that he should be up to making his mark at stakes level and he is put forward to continue his progression.
Bowerman might have most to fear from the former Mehl-Mülhens-Rennen (German 2000 Guineas) winner Ancient Spirit who produced a nice display to record a narrow success over Buckhurst in the Heritage Stakes at Navan earlier in the month.
SELECTION: BOWERMAN
Next Best: Ancient Spirit

Millennium Millionaire Handicap 7f
Ice Cold In Alex isn’t the easiest to win with but he has more than enough ability to lift this prize. He has good course and distance form and strong premier handicap form and he is weighted to reverse placings with Current Option who had him back in third when landing a 7f handicap on Irish Champions Weekend last year.
Ice Cold In Alex warmed up for this with a good third to Maid Of Spirit over 6f at this track a fortnight ago.
Current Option showed up well for a long way on his comeback in the Lincoln before a lack of a run and the 1m trip told against him late on. He can surely progress from that outing and he remains a potent force at this level.
SELECTION: ICE COLD IN ALEX
Next Best: Current Option
6.45 GAIN First Flier Stakes (Listed) 5f
Frenetic looked a classy and sharp juvenile on her debut at Navan a couple of weeks ago when she recorded a 1¾l success over Mother Earth who didn’t let the form down with a solid third place effort in the Albany Stakes at Ascot last week. She is dropping back in trip slightly but the manner of her Navan display would suggest that this shorter distance will not be a problem.
Chief Little Hawk might give her most to do. He looked a likely type for stakes races when making a winning debut at Navan recently and he wasn’t beaten by all that far when seventh to Tactical in the Windsor Castle Stakes at Royal Ascot last week.
The twice-raced maiden Eastern Voice also looks capable of showing up well.
SELECTION: FRENETIC
Next Best: Chief Little Hawk
7.45 Comer Group International Vintage Crop Stakes (Group 3) 1m 6f
He is the highest rated runner in the field and Master Of Reality can add to his victory in this race last year when he belied odds of 33/1 to score when the race was run at Navan.
He ran an excellent third in the Gold Cup in Ascot and when he was last seen in action he crossed the line in second in the Melbourne Cup. He is entitled to need this run but this high-class runner might just have the measure of stablemate Twilight Payment who made a respectable return when taking second in the Savel Beg Stakes a couple of weeks ago.
Sovereign may be best watched on his first start since winning the 2019 Irish Derby.
SELECTION: MASTER OF
REALITY
Next Best: Twilight Payment
