SOUL SEASON (IRE)

Declared to run at Wexford today

Noted at Wexford June 17th: Lightly raced, the 11-year-old seems to be on the upgrade and has a preference for both Wexford and good ground. Worth keeping an eye on.

CRACKERDANCER (IRE)

Declared to run at Limerick tomorrow

Noted at Gowran Park, February 18th: Showed promise on her debut in December 2014 and was having her first run since then when finishing second in the bumper. On this evidence her ability remains intact and she looks up to making her mark in a mares’ bumper.

RIO VIVAS (FR)

Declared to run at Navan tomorrow

Noted at Thurles November 23rd: He placed twice between the flags for Willie Codd, this five-year-old has plenty of size about him and towered over the opposition in the bumper. He looks to be very much a work in progress and could really come into his own over obstacles.

TELL ME ANNIE (IRE)

Entered at Limerick on Monday & Clonmel on Tuesday

Noted at Clonmel February 20th: Only nailed by the more experienced Countess Cathleen close home, there should be more to come from this dual mares’ point-to-point winner who gave a good account of herself second time over hurdles.

TINTANGLE (IRE)

Entered at Down Royal on Monday & Cork on Thursday

Noted at Leopardstown February 4th: This Yeats half-sister to Tombstone made a fine start to her career when fourth in the Grade 2 mares’ bumper. She looked quite green at stages but put in some nice work in the closing stages to suggest that she is a mare with a future.

MARY FRANCES (IRE)

Entered at Cork on Thursday

Noted at Thurles March 8th: Having scored with a bit in hand when slamming O Ceallaigh by 25 lengths in the long distance handicap hurdle, she is likely to be upped in grade at some stage and may be capable of causing an upset.

Winner: Saglawy won at Gowran Park (2/5 favourite)
