CORK singing sensation and style queen Lyra has been revealed as the star judge for The K Club’s Most Stylish Racegoer contest at the Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby on Saturday, June 29th.

This year’s theme is ‘power chic’ and joining Lyra to pick the ‘most stylish’ racegoer will be Dominique McMullan of Image magazine.

Lyra said: “What I love about ‘most stylish’ is that it’s not necessarily about being ‘on trend’ it’s about a playfulness with your own individual sense of style whilst staying true to your most authentic self.

“My advice is, don’t think about what you should wear to catch a judge’s eye, find your own look that makes you feel good and walk tall with confidence and power. People cannot help but notice that.”

Open to all racegoers – not just ladies – the competition will see the lucky winner receive a three-night luxurious stay at The K Club in Straffan.
