Godolphin hosting careers event at Kildangan Stud
ANYONE interested in a career with Godolphin is invited to attend the Godolphin Careers Event at Kildangan Stud in Monasterevin, Co Kildare, from 9.30am to noon next Saturday, October 7th.
The event will start with a panel discussion where Godolphin Ireland employees will give an insight into their career development, as well as an overview of the diverse roles available at the company.
Participants will then have a short walking tour of the stud.
Registration for this event is free and attendees can avail of tickets to the Curragh meeting on that afternoon.

Knocktoran Stud fetches €4.3m
KNOCKTORAN Stud in Knocklong, Co Limerick, was sold for €4.3 million at public auction on Thursday.
Owned by Brendan and Anne Marie Hayes, the 250-acre farm is believed to have been bought by a local businesswoman, although agents Coonan Property could only disclose that the property “was bought in trust for a client by a Limerick based solicitor.”
State purchases Dowth Hall
THE 550-acre Dowth Hall estate in Co Meath has been purchased by the State from Devenish Nutrition.
Home to a point-to-point and country fair in October in recent years, Dowth Hall is now set to become the country’s first new national park in over 25 years.
