2.16 Irish Stallion Farms EBF
Fillies Maiden 1m
This race has been won by some classy fillies in the past, including subsequent Group 1 winners Even So, Pink Dogwood and Together Forever. The latter two were trained by Aidan O’Brien, whose Island Hopping finished fifth to a subsequent Group 3 winner on debut, while Joseph O’Brien’s Icona overcame a slow start to finish fourth to subsequent listed winner Chantez.
That form links with Lady Mairen, who finished five lengths behind Bubbling, she going on to take third behind Chantez. Paddy Twomey’s charge went on to finish a gallant fourth in a group 3 contest.
The other contender of note is Ger Lyons-trained Continuite was sent off favourite on debut, when finishing third behind the smart Ecstatic.
SELECTION: ICONA
Next best: Lady Mairen
2.51 Irish Stallion Farms EBF
(C & G) Maiden 1m
The market will be informative regarding the three newcomers, while Johnny Murtagh’s Nautical Force boasts the best form, having finished half a length in front of Joseph O’Brien’s Tribal Nation at the Curragh. Fourth and fifth respectively that day, they should both appreciate the step up to a mile.
Brandon Creek is another promising contender, with Jessica Harrington’s debut sixth boosted by the runner-up winning next time out.
SELECTION: TRIBAL NATION
Next best: Nautical Force

Full field for an open contest, in which Harriet Eagle BIDs to follow up her July win over seven furlongs here. That was her first run in 232 days, so she may come on fitness-wise, and is bred to stay.
Blue Wood and Lorr’s Girl are both in good form of late, with Poppadom also running well last time out. She is inconsistent though and remains a maiden from 15 starts.
SELECTION: HARRIET EAGLE
Next best: Blue Wood
4.01 Denny Cordell Lavarack & Lanwades Stud Fillies & Mares Stakes (Group 3) 1m 1f 100yds
Open renewal in which Joseph O’Brien trains half the entries. Goldana was a non-runner due to good ground last time, so may not feature, with Uluru his next best on ratings. She deserves a stakes win after some fine efforts, as does stablemate Je Zous, who’s dropping down in trip.
This looks a tougher assignment than One Look’s listed win last month, and an easier one for Caught U Looking who finished fourth in the Blandford Stakes six days ago.
We haven’t seen the best of Azada yet, her sixth in the Irish 1000 Guineas coming on her second career start, while her listed third came behind the vastly more experienced Lord Massusus.
SELECTION: AZADA
Next best: Uluru
4.35 Racing Again October 4th & 5th Maiden 1m 1f 100yds
A weak maiden unless something takes a massive step forward. Castanets is rated highest of those with form and is bred to appreciate a step up in trip.
Campari Soda has shown promise but disappointed in a handicap here last time, and course form is also what goes against Tanazadia, who has since run well on three occasions.
SELECTION: CASTANETS
Next best: Tanazadia

Barrogstown Girl and Neve Bennett have won two of their last three starts, but a 12lb hike may have put a stop to their run, with Bright N Shine also needing to overcome a significant rise.
Madame Plaintiff, in contrast, is back close to her winning mark, her success coming over seven furlongs here at the start of the season. Victor’s Choice may also be on a workable mark, should she have more luck than on her last two starts, while Everylittlestep seems to have the required ability, if not the right attitude, judging by her rider’s report to the stewards last time out.
SELECTION: MADAME PLAINTIFF
Next best: Victor’s Choice

Formal Display appears held by the handicapper, who dropped him 4lb after finishing fourth of five last time out. The drop down in trip will need to bring improvement, while Power Mode is open to progression after a gelding operation.
It’s hard to judge Kelbelle’s impressive maiden win against average rivals at Bellewstown, while stablemate Expressova needs to improve to win.
Rahmi makes a quick return from a disappointing run at Leopardstown, but his placings in two premier handicaps rate his chances highly here.
SELECTION: RAHMI
Next best: Kelbelle
