12.25 Aqua Process Solutions 3-Y-O Maiden Hurdle 2m
Winner of his sole start in France, Lincoln Du Seuil can retain his unbeaten record on his debut for Willie Mullins. The champion trainer tends to introduce some of his smarter young hurdlers at this meeting, so the son of Kendargent is sure to prove popular.
With the form of his debut fourth at Galway working out well, the Declan Queally-trained Bacchanalian has to be of interest. A 78-rated handicapper on the flat, he has the potential to do better over flights.
SELECTION: LINCOLN DU SEUIL
Next best: Bacchanalian

Although off the track over a year, Gordon Elliott’s new recruit Kainsbourg should take beating. Winner of both career starts to date, the gelding won a French Group 3 bumper on his last appearance. The J.P. McManus-owned four-year-old has huge potential.
A beaten odds-on favourite on her Irish debut at Clonmel, Karamojo is almost certainly capable of better. A first-time hood could see the Willie Mullins-trained filly in a better light.
SELECTION: KAINSBOURG

The Big Westerner, who made a hugely impressive hurdling debut at Punchestown last month, can maintain her unbeaten record. A point-to-point winner on her only previous start, the five-year-old should relish the extra test of stamina that she encounters here.
Fleur In The Park, who only narrowly lost out in a Grade 2 hurdle at Navan last time, has strong claims. The form pick, he has to prove his stamina for this trip, but will be a serious contender if doing so.
SELECTION: THE BIG WESTERNER

The consistent Lep Around can take this tightly-knit contest for trainer Marie Harding. A winner of her maiden hurdle at Cork in March, the form of that race has subsequently been well-advertised by the runner-up. Although absent since then, the six-year-old is sure to be primed for the Christmas period.
Phils Choice, winner of the corresponding race last year, is sure to have been laid out for a repeat bid. Trainer Philip Rothwell has traditionally done well at this fixture.
SELECTION: LEP AROUND

Foxy Girl, winner of her maiden hurdle at this meeting in 2022, can register a second career success. Lightly raced in the interim, the Henry de Bromhead-trained mare remains open to potential improvement, especially now that she tackles fences for the first time.
Third on his recent chasing debut, the Paul Nolan-trained Release The Beast has scope to progress further. A former Galway maiden hurdle winner, the five-year-old has only had the four career starts.
SELECTION: FOXY GIRL
Next best: Release The Beast

Cheerful Chap should appreciate this lesser assignment, having finished third in a far stronger grade at Navan last time. Second here over hurdles earlier in his career, the Philip Rothwell-trained gelding should have no issues with track or trip.
The locally trained Dream In The Park has a rather inconsistent profile, but has to be of interest under Calum Hogan. The 7lb claim of the latter would make the Eric McNamara-trained gelding a player if at his best.
SELECTION: CHEERFUL CHAP
Next best: Dream In The Park

With the form of those that have previously raced appearing nothing out of the ordinary, a chance is taken on newcomer Early Bird. Trainer Jonathan Sweeney, who has few peers when it comes to lining one up to win a bumper on debut, has a good record at this meeting.
Ufouria, who finished runner-up here on her debut last October, looks best of those with experience. Hindsight has shown she faced a very stiff test against the winner of that particular contest.
SELECTION: EARLY BIRD
Next best: Ufouria
