Midland and Western Region Iceford Stables

THE Midland and Western Region’s first show of 2023 was held last Sunday at Aiden Anderson’s Iceford Stables in Co Mayo where unregistered combinations vastly outnumbered their registered counterparts.

Among the latter group, List 3 judge Ann Glynn awarded her highest score of 73.85% in the Preliminary DI6 to Category 2 rider Cassandra Morris and her Dutch Warmblood gelding Lots Of Joy.

This was just a second affiliated start as a pair for Morris and the dark brown son of Negro who had won on their debut at Annaharvey Farm in late November. The seven-year-old is out of the Crack C mare Ziriska C.
