MANY favourable comments were passed about the conference organising team of Catherine Dwan (chair), Bridget McGing, David MacGuinness, Jürgen Bodamer, Liz O’Flynn and Louis Hassett with the 2018 conference described by many as one of the best conferences held to date.

Table quiz

DELEGATES thoroughly enjoyed the Table Quiz on Thursday evening, masterly compered by Ashbourne veterinary surgeon Peadar O’Scanaill, who got top marks all round for quick wit and of course, the cúpla focal squeezed in as well!

Wet labs

TRIBUTE was expressed throughout the conference to the team at Anglesey Lodge Equine Hospital, Co Kildare, for hosting the wet lab sessions. Much work went into the preparation of the labs which was appreciated by all attending delegates.
