THE organisers of the Meath Hunt Hunter Trials, which is on tomorrow (Sunday, April 7th) have pulled out all the stops this year and have got some super prizes for the winners.

Hosted at the beautiful Rahinston estate, home of the Fowler family, it promises to be a great day out for all the family so come along and join in the fun! Classes start at 10am with the Open Individual class followed by the Open Pairs.

Among the prizes is a generous €200 for the winner of the Open Individual, kindly sponsored by Crannog Roofing.

There will be also be a Pony Club Novice Pairs competition open to all Irish Pony Club members and run over a fantastic novice course. That starts at 12.30pm (incorporating the PC Junior Pairs) and there’s separate prizes for the Pony Club entrants.

It’ll be a super warm-up for the IPC Hunter Trial Championships and the winners of the Junior Pairs will receive two vouchers for a lesson with World Equestrian Games team silver medallist Sarah Ennis, who is based in Co Meath!

Main sponsors are Gain Equine Nutrition and there’ll be prizes in kind for placings – remember to wear your IPC branch colours – and registration is on the day.

On the day there will also be a Mini’s Course and a Novice Individual class.
