IRISH Olympian Abigail Lyle is set to compete at the CDI5* London International Horse Show next month aboard her Paris partner, Giraldo. It will be the first big outing for the pair after their fantastic performance at the Olympic Games in July.

The famous Christmas show in England’s capital city will host FEI World Cup action across three disciplines. Some of the biggest stars of dressage will line out, including Britain’s Lottie Fry with Glamourdale, her reigning World champion and team and individual bronze Olympic medallist from Paris. Lottie will be joined by her Paris teammate Becky Moody aboard her home-bred gelding, Jagerbomb.

The British riders will face challenging competition from an international contingent representing seven different nations. Dutch stars include Hans Peter Minderhoud, Marieke Van Der Putten, and Dinja Van Liere, the current World number four, and Nanna Skodborg Merrald, currently ranked World number seven, will represent Denmark.
