CORK based nutraceuticals company Mervue Laboratories has recently announced that Michael Phillips will be joining the organisation as its new Irish Equine Sales Manager.

Michael, who joins Mervue from GAIN Equine Nutrition, brings over 30 years’ sales experience of dealing with studs, horse trainers and sport horse owners all over the country. Michael’s career in the equine industry started out as a jockey, having had numerous winners on the track and in point-to-points before taking out his training license. Michael also competed on the eventing circuit for years, so his hands-on experience is second to none.

“I am delighted to join Mervue at such an exciting time in the company’s development, Mervue have an exciting nutritional product range, which I found to be of real benefit to my own horses and I look forward to introducing them to my contacts around the country in the coming months.”
