Alex Duffy second in Spanish Grand Prix

ALEX Duffy finished runner-up in the 1.50m three-star Grand Prix in Valencia, Spain, last Sunday. Riding Niall Talbot and Nicola Fitzgibbon’s FTS Killossery Konfusion, Duffy was one of three clear rounds against the clock, breaking the beam in 39.44 seconds to earn €10,220. Victory went to France’s Aurelien Leroy and Vendome d’Ick (0/0 38.53).

The 10-year-old gelding FTS Killossery Konfusion was bred by Frank and Laura Glynn out of their great mare Killossery Kruisette, and sired by SIEC Livello.
