IRISH duo Judy Reynolds and Kevin Acres placed fourth and fifth respectively in the Grand Prix Special class at the three-star show in Brno, Czech Republic, last Sunday.
Reynolds, who recently announced she would be moving to Johann Hinnemann’s yard in Krüsterhof (see page 97), and the 13-year-old Westphalian Rockman Royal Ng scored 67.468% for fourth ahead of Acres and the 12-year-old KWPN gelding Ganesh in fifth on 66.489%. Moldova’s Alisa Glinka and Aachen won the Grand Prix Special on a score of 70.298%.
Judy Reynolds and Rockman Royal Ng’s total of 66.087% proved good enough for fifth place in the three-star Grand Prix. Just over a year out from the 2024 Paris Olympic Games at the Château de Versailles, France’s Morgan Barbançon maintained her excellent form by adding to her four-timer at the World Cup show in Lipica the previous week and delivering another three wins at the three-star/World Cup show in Brno.
