ACTION in the Equijump Pony and Children on Horses Spring Tour moved to CoilÓg Equestrian last Sunday and this round was also well supported.
Claiming the victory in the 128cm 1m decider was Lucia Keane and Desirless D’Argan when they were fastest of five double clears in 38.49.
A clear from Blathnaid Murphy and Kiltormer Ruby in a time of 39.01 saw her take the runner-up spot. Charlie Flynn was back in the ribbons taking third with Penchwintan Glynle when he crossed the line in 39.24.
Not content with the win, Lucia Keane returned to take fourth with Ravara Mohawk when she was only fractions behind in a time of 39.28. Dylan Widger and Castlefield Misty slotted into fifth place when he was last of the double clears in 46.97.
Aimee Moloney and Magnificant Magnet clocked the fastest time of 34.59 but with a pole on the ground, she had to settle for sixth place.

Sam Widger and Creevelea Larrybo left nothing to spare as they took the win in the 138cm section. Elizabeth McCracken improved on her Mullingar performance to take the runner-up spot with Tynan Rocket.
A clear from Bonnie Loughrey and Cornhill Snowey saw them take third, while in fourth was Juliette McIntosh and Navaho Beauty. Charlie Flynn was back in the line-up, taking fifth with Harefield Diego and sixth with Knud van Orchid’s.

Leading the victory lap in the 148cm division was Leinster rider Mary Fitzgerald and Danubertha, when they were fastest of four double clears in 38.21. Alex McMaster and Aghalaan Brexit put in a gallant attempt and a clear in 38.32 proved good enough to take the runner-up spot.
Kym Moore and Drumcashel Little Legend took third place, clear in 39.94, ahead of Jack Galway and Orchid’s Coryan who was last of the double clears in 41.97. Lucy Kelly and Coolys Showtime was fastest of the four faulters in 43.90 for fifth, ahead of Leon Van Cauwenberge and Glencroft Go For Gold, who also had one on the ground in a time of 44.47.
Children on Horses
It was another good day for Chloe Walsh, who won a day earlier in Mullingar, as she took the win again in the 1.10m section when she was the only double clear in 37.82 with Corky Rocks. Claiming the runner-up spot was Abigail Byrne and Chiricco Z who had an unlucky four faults in 46.18.
Robbie Sheehan added to his record as he returned to the line-up for the second time to claim third with Ahare Olympic Flemmencio, finishing of eighth faults in a time of 42.34.
