RDS space tight

CORPORATE space will be tight at this year’s Dublin Horse Show, said an RDS statement. Meanwhile, four individual invitations will be reserved for Irish-based riders to compete at this year’s show (August 8-12).

Two individual invitations will be granted to Irish-based show jumping riders based on Longines Jumping Ranking Points earned between February 1 and June 30 2018.

This initiative, introduced at the 2017 show, was developed in response to the desire of Irish-based riders to gain international experience for their horses at five-star level.

Two other invites will be based on results in the New Heights Champions Series this year. New for 2018, is that the two places will be issued to rider and horse combinations based on their best three results of the six New Heights Champions Series competitions up to and including Tattersalls on July 22nd.

Full details of the Individual Invitation policy for 2018 can be found on the Dublin Horse Show website.
