RECENT Cork scorer Jet Setting Johnny is among seven horses Ellmarie Holden has entered in the Goffs January Sale at Doncaster.

The catalogue for the sale, which takes place on January 23rd, is available to view online now and comprises of 81 National Hunt weanlings, 20 National Hunt mares and 48 horses in training, yearlings and two-year-olds (149 lots).

Holden’s dispersal will feature in the opening horses-in-training session and includes Frisby, a six-year-old son of Flemensfirth, who won his debut point-to-point at Dromahane in December and Kenny’s Park, a six-year-old son of Walk In The Park who finished second in a Borris Hill point-to-point.

The weanling session features a number of quality pedigrees which include a Walk In The Park filly out of the Grade 2-winning mare Salsaretta, a Nathaniel half-brother to the Group 1 winner Athena Du Berlais and a Blue Bresil colt of the Grade 3-winning and Grade 1-placed mare Good Thyne Tara.

Among the National Hunt mares on offer is the dual winning Walk In The Park mare Lime Avenue who is a half-sister to Irish Grand National winner Rogue Angel and the listed winning and Group 3-placed mare Precious Eleanor who has been covered by Golden Horn.

Supplementary entries will still be taken up until the time of the sale.
