Lot 92: Bay colt by Invincible Army ex Dancewithastranger

He is a big, good-looking horse with a huge walk. His uncle Snazzy Jazzy won the Tattersalls Ireland Super Auction Sales Stakes for Clive Cox. It is a family that has a lot of association with Tattersalls Ireland. He is a homebred, the mare has had one winner, Palace Gardens. She won at the Curragh for Kevin Coleman. It is a very fast, good-looking family. Hopefully he can go on to replicate it.

Lot 262: Bay filly by Dark Angel ex Lily’s Rainbow

She is an absolute queen. Her mother was a stakes winner for Sneezy Foster. She is a very good-looking filly and hopefully she can get some people excited. And the stallion speaks for himself.

Lot 341: Bay colt by Shaman ex Oatmeal

He is a cracking horse; I am delighted with him. He is a great advertisement for the sire. He is bred on the same cross as Pinatubo (Shamardal/Dalakahani) and he is a half-brother to a multiple group-placed filly. He is just a very good horse. He is only a May foal, but he is a very smart horse. We bought him to pinhook from Tattersalls (Newmarket).

Lot 387: Chesnut filly by Shaman ex Quixada

A lovely big, strong filly with huge action. She is a half-sister to a blacktype two-year-old. The page is very lively and there are updates happening all the time. Quinault won seven in a row this year for Stuart Williams and a lot of money! It is a good family that keeps on producing good horses and hopefully she will be another one.

Who are the other members of your team helping you at the sales?

I hire in a team at the sales, and I have a couple of regulars. Bartek Radzikowski is my main guy. He used to be my head lad and he is a super horseman. We have a lot of horses still at home so I can’t bring too many of my team which is run by Jack Harty and supported by Danielle Mullins among others.

What was the best result you have had from this sale in the past?

It was the very first time I sold horses in Fairyhouse and at the September Yearling Sale under my own name and I sold a very good horse, Field Of Vision, to Joe Tuite and Steve Hillen for €10,500.

He was group-placed, he was second in the Cornwallis to Quite Reflection, second in the Harry Rosebery, he broke the juvenile track record in Chelmsford at the time. He was a rock’n’roll two-year-old with a lot of class. He was a great starting point for my banner and my relationship with Tattersalls Ireland.

Lot 6: Bay filly by Kodi Bear ex Air of Mystery

This filly is nice and the stallion is going well. The mare has bred four winners out of four runners. She is a nice individual, strong with a good walk. A real two-year-old type.

Lot 28: Roan filly by Starspangledbanner ex Aussie Opera

She is a racy type of filly and looks to be a precocious sort. She is a half-sister to a blacktype horse in America and four winners.

Lot 77: Bay colt by Sands Of Mali ex Conga

He is by a first season sire and is a strong, real two-year-old type. This is the first foal out of the mare who won two herself and was placed four times.

Lot 426: Chesnut filly by Phoenix Of Spain ex Shawaaty

She is a hell of a nice filly! She has a good walk, real strong two-year-old type – it is a filly family too. Light My Fire, who we sold as a yearling with Tattersalls Ireland, has blacktype. Phoenix Of Spain is getting plenty of winners. He has had nine winners from 27 runners which is one of the best percentages of runners to winners.

Lot 490: Bay filly by Equiano ex Vale Of Paris

She is a cracking filly too! Markaz Paname is the obvious highlight on the page, winning the Group 3 Gladness Stakes. She is a hell of a nice yearling, bred with speed and the mare breeds winners.

Lot 732: Bay colt by Equiano ex Special Chocolate

This is an absolute cracker of a horse. He has a good walk; he has real quality about him. He has great presence and should make a smart two-year-old.

Who are the other members of the team helping you at this sale?

I have a very good team here at home. I have George, Maria, and Amy - one will come to the sales and the others will keep the show on the road at home. I am very lucky with my staff. They are a great bunch that love their horses.

What was the best result you have had from this sale in the past?

We won the Tattersalls Ireland Super Auction Sales Stakes with Stone Circle who we sold. He is still winning. He is a real tough, solid, consistent horse. He is a real fun horse for the owners. Bottle Of Bubble won a Group 3. Con Marnane bought her from me when the sale was held in Newmarket. Last year we sold a nice Sioux Nation colt for €25,000 and he went on and made €230,000 at the Goresbridge Breeze Up Sale. Maglev won the Battle Stakes in America and Thundery is blacktype in Scandinavia. We have had plenty of success from the sale – we are doing alright!

She is a nice filly, and she goes well. I’m a big fan of the stallion.

He is a big, strong horse. The dam has bred three winners.

Lot 293: Chesnut filly by Tamayuz ex Maymine

She is a real two-year-old type. Very strong filly with a great mind. She moves well and is a nice filly.

Lot 302: Bay colt by Belardo ex Million Spirits

He is a little immature but a lovely horse. He is a brother to Blenheim Stakes winner Lady Princess and Spiritual Son.

Lot 336: Bay filly by Kuroshio ex Nova Aquilea

A very strong filly with a great attitude. Her brother Airman (debut winner for Richard Fahey) looks a very smart horse.

Lot 357: Bay filly by Soldier’s Call ex Penney

She is a very sharp, early sort of a filly. She is strong and shows signs of being a real two-year-old.

Lot 395: Bay filly by Ghaiyyath ex Redinha

She is a lovely filly with a real touch of class about her. She is just an athlete. She is a three-parts sister to Qaader.

Lot 430: Bay colt by Threat ex Siderante

He is a lovely horse and a very good moving horse. He is very strong, hardy and very forward for such a young May foal.

Lot 639: Bay colt by Ribchester ex Lyrical Attraction

A big, strong, good-moving individual. I really like him.

Lot 644: Bay colt by Kodi Bear ex Maiden Approach

He is a tall, good moving horse. He is a typical Kodi Bear with a very good attitude. There will be a bit of value with him.

Lot 747: Chesnut filly by Soldier’s Call ex Titova

She moves well. She is quite a tall filly for a Soldier’s Call. She is a very good-moving filly with a good attitude.
