2014 Badminton winner Paulank Brockagh produced her first foal this morning (Wednesday) – a filly by the thoroughbred Centennial.

Frank and Paula Cullen’s mare (Touchdown x Triggerero) retired last year after a successful five-star career, including a team bronze medal and individual fourth place at the Rio Olympics with Australian rider Sam Griffiths.

Thanks to her owners, the Posford family and Sam, the mare retired to the Cullen’s Wicklow home in 2020 and where she foaled this morning at 3am.

“Our dream continues with the amazing ‘Brocks’ returning home and rewards us with a filly foal by Centennial. We couldn’t ask for more.. Brocks the Wonder Mum!” a delighted Paula commented this morning.
