Gillian Higgins gave the final demonstration at the first day of the British Horse Society National Convention. Her demonstration, Horses Inside-out, showed the bio-mechanics of the horse and how the rider influences the movement of the horse.

She explained how looking at different movement and understanding how the horse moves is very important for riders and coaches. She said: “Riders and coaches need to understand what they are physically asking the horse to do.”
