THE Munster Region of Eventing Ireland has also been affected by the adverse weather and has had to cancel the combined training show, which was scheduled to take place tomorrow at Hillcrest Equestrian Centre.

The show scheduled to be staged at Ballycahane EC, Crecora on Sunday, February 11th, remains on the calendar with Hillcrest running on Saturday, February 24th. An additional date will be sought for the final.

A George Mernagh Memorial Fund Eventing Ireland youth training day will take place in the Munster Region on Wednesday, February 14th, at the Maryville Equestrian Centre, Carrigaline, Co Cork, where there will be coaching from Gerald Bloomer, Jane Kinsella and Paddy O’Donnell.
