COMPETITIVE action returns this weekend with three Dressage Ireland shows scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday, at Marlton (Eastern Region), Annaharvey Farm (Midland and Western) and The Meadows. Organised by the Northern Region and the first of its Brass Stables UK and Ireland winter league, the show at the McCusker family’s Lurgan venue will feature the second leg of the Horse Sport Ireland DAFM autumn development series. It is hoped that the leg, which should have been run by the South Munster Region last Saturday at Ballindenisk, but was cancelled because of the weather, will be held at some stage before the final takes place on Sunday, November 3rd at the Leinster Region show in CoilÓg.
