HORSE care products provider Carr & Day & Martin, sponsor of the CCI1*-Intro at last week’s Millstreet international horse trials, also sponsored best turned-out awards in two of the long format classes.

Chloe Teahan won the CCI4*-L award for her turn-out of the nine-year-old Jaguar Mail mare She’s The One (pictured), who finished fourth in the hands of the USA’s Caroline Pamukcu. Kerry native Teahan will be Pamukcu’s groom at the upcoming Paris Olympics, for which the rider has been selected with the nine-year-old Irish Sport Horse gelding HHS Blake.

Natalie Trigg and Aine Duggan were jointly responsible for the winning turn-out of Kilkenny International’s Licence To Cooley in the CCI3*-L. This 10-year-old Dutch Warmblood gelding finished 10th under Kilkenny-based British international John Tilley, who partnered him to win the EI115 (Open) national championship at Kilguilkey House last September.
