360Equine has much experience through many projects, ranging from straightforward supply and installation to customised layouts with internal functionality, such as easy cleanout, reducing time and labour. Customised design and layout with pleasing aesthetic can be an important aspect of your equine facility, especially when you have clients coming to see their horses.

State-of-the-art walkers

360Equine also offer bespoke walkers ranging from 15m to 21m with rail glide or traditional armed mechanism. The rail glide system provides for an internal lunging ring, example a 21m rail glide 10-horse walker incorporates an internal lunging ring of 16m.

When considering a walker, it is important to go for a minimum 15m diameter where possible, as below 15m means a tighter circle, which over time can have a negative impact on joints and bone. Don’t be tempted to overcrowd your walker by adding more dividers resulting in less distance between each horse. 5.5m or more between each pusher gate is good.

On large diameters, 360Equine offer a second point of entry/exit with emergency stop-start function, this is additional to your main controller. Their walker walls are in 50mm steel profile, containing 32mm stock boards and grille up top, allowing you to see in and also offers a robust application and significantly reduces possibility of horse injuries inside.

Modular barns

The 360Equine modular barns come in linear or A-Frame models with good ventilation, lots of light and 60mm insulation in the roof. All steel structure with options for multiple entrances, windows, tack room, feed room, additional stable doors to paddocks and more.

Galvanised steel paddock fencing

360Equine round tube post and rail fencing has clean, safe, easy connection system and are maintenance free. They offer two-rail at 1.20m above top surface and three-rail at 1.75m above top surface. The fencing also easily accommodates electric fence.

Various sizes are available in quality entrance gates for each paddock too. The posts are best set in concrete and will vary from 300mm to 600mm of concrete. Wide lockable doors are advised and available for access to the paddocks.

Stables with easy cleanout

Easy cleanout is the phrase all equestrians want to hear. Custom sized stables from 360Equine are not a problem for existing barns, it’s simply a matter of being smart and utilising the area to its best potential. So, stable fronts that open out fully or in part are very beneficial for access with machinery, such as an Avant.

Slide out partitions make it possible to push through an entire block of stables to clean out, whilst moving horses into the centre passage way which makes the whole process simple. Hinged partitions also serve for easy access. The team can, and have, incorporated units to accommodate dropped internal stable floors for deep bedding. Large feed barriers or general stable units are also available, including a prestigious range.
