Reigning Rolex Kentucky champion Bay My Hero, the Irish Sport Horse ridden by William Fox-Pitt for Britain has passed the initial trot-up to try to defend his title.

Catherine Witt's three-time Tattersalls winner, the Wexford-born gelding is just one of many Irish Sport Horses competing at the four-star event this weekend, including High Kingdom (Zara Phillips),Ballynoe Castle RM (Buck Davidson) and Annie Clover (Nicola Wilson).
