ENTRIES are now open for the Goffs Champions Sale which will take place before racing at Leopardstown on Saturday, September 10th, the opening event of the Longines Irish Champions Weekend. In past sales horses in training have sold for up to €500,000.

Buyers from Australia, China, France, Ireland, Qatar, Britain and the USA have been among the purchasers, while graduates have included group and stakes winners in Australia, the USA, Ireland and Britain. Henry Beeby said: “Not only is this a proven platform for selling top-class horses, it has been a popular feature of Longines Irish Champions Weekend since it began in 2014”.
