GORESBRIDGE Horse Sales has announced their May sport horse sale is now extended to a full three-day event on May 7th, 8th and 9th due to the huge volume of entries received.

The catalogue of talent will be released on Monday, April 28th and provides a rich preview of what promises to be one of our most dynamic sales to date. From seasoned competition horses to exciting young prospects, this sale offers a horse or pony for every ambition.

Day one (May 7th) will feature ponies and Connemaras, an impressive volume of 130 lots with numerous jumping ponies and well-produced Connemaras both under and over-height. These entries are joined by a significant offering of five-year-olds and older horses making for an exciting mix of ready-to-go talent and versatility.

Day two (May 8th) continues with five-year-olds and older competition horses followed by four-year-olds - offering a mix of show jumpers, eventers, hunters and leisure horses. Among the many highlights on the day are two exceptional 1.40m show jumpers (Lot 295 and 296), described as a “rare opportunity” for buyers.

To view these horses prior to sale, contact the sales office to arrange and X-rays also available on request. On day three (May 9th), the sale concludes with the remainder of the four-year-olds and all three-year-olds, including young horses with breeding and movement.
