HORSE Sport Ireland has announced the 18-strong team of horses that will represent the Irish WBFSH Studbooks at the FEI WBFSH World Breeding Jumping Championships for Young Horses 2022. The championship will be held at Lanaken, Belgium, from September 21st to 25th.

The full teams are as follows:

Five year olds (6): Laurina (ISH) ridden by Leah Stack, BP Tiny Dancer (ISH) ridden by Niamh McEvoy, HHS Ice Flo (ISH) ridden by Carl Webb, HHS Mercedes (ISH) ridden by Molly Hughes-Bravo, ABS Misty (ISH) ridden Brendan Murphy, Greenhall Mullord (ISH) ridden Ciaran Moran.

Six year olds (7): HHS Rose (ISH), ridden by Mikey Pender, Greannanstown Max A Million (ISH) ridden by Susan Fitzpatrick, Tullibards Benny’s Special (ISH) ridden by Jennifer Kuehnle, ABC Saving Grace ridden by Ethan Ahearne, BP First Of Many (ISH) ridden by Kevin Gallagher, HK Carrera (ISH) ridden by Oisin Aylward, Kancruise (ISH) ridden by Deirdre Doyle.

Seven year olds (5): Heritage MBF (ISH) ridden by Jason Higgins, Thomascourt Ballypatrick ridden by Charlotte Jacobs, ESI Ali (ISH) ridden by Seamus Hughes-Kennedy, WEC Mermus Rua (ISH) ridden by Paddy O’Donnell and Inlaws Manolo (ISH) ridden by Derek McConnell.
