CONNOLLY’S Red Mills has announced the continuation and expansion of its longstanding partnership with Millstreet Green Glens Arena, marking a major milestone of over a decade of collaboration between two of Ireland’s most respected family-owned equestrian institutions.
Built on shared values of excellence, horse welfare, and community, the relationship between the Connolly and Duggan families has gone from strength to strength. Connolly’s Red Mills, alongside sister brands Foran Equine and Carr & Day & Martin, will continue its sponsorship of the 2025 Millstreet International Horse Trials this June with highlights including the CCI4*-S, CCI3*-S and CCI1*-Intro.
In addition, Carr & Day & Martin will sponsor the best turned out horse award at the first trot-up inspections, recognising outstanding horse presentation and care.
New for 2025, the Connolly’s Red Mills Store will proudly sponsor the best turned out rider award, celebrating excellence in rider turnout and professionalism from the outset of competition.
Millstreet Masters
Looking ahead to the summer, Red Mills will also be the title sponsor of the Connolly’s Red Mills Millstreet Masters, a major international show jumping competition held during the Millstreet International Horse Show CSI2* in July and is the final qualifier for Sunday’s prestigious grand prix – which is a Longines World Ranking class and carries €15,000 in prize money.
Jane Davis, head of equine marketing at Connolly’s Red Mills, commented: “We’re proud to partner with Millstreet – a name synonymous with excellence in equestrian sport. As two family-run businesses with a shared heritage and deep-rooted passion for the horse, this collaboration is a natural fit. Whether it’s at the International Horse Trials in June or at the heart of Irish show jumping in August, we are united in our commitment to putting the horse at the centre of everything we do.
“We truly enjoy working with the team at Millstreet – their professionalism, passion, and shared values make this partnership not only effective, but also incredibly rewarding.”
