SJI freezes fees at 2020 level

THERE is some good news for the show jumping fraternity as Showjumping Ireland announced that membership fees for 2022 will remain the same as the 2020 fees and current memberships will roll over until the end of January.

The sports membership package (one rider/one horse allows riders to compete up to and including one metre) has been reduced to €100. For new junior members, the first-time junior package remains at €150. This package includes one pony owner, one pony registration and one junior rider and rule book. (Owner must not have been a member of SJI in the past five years).

Stallion surcharge

The stallion surcharge of €65 has also been removed. The cost of registering an amateur horse will be one fee across the board of €100.

All memberships can be renewed online via www.sji.ie and, in a bid to assist members using the SJI online membership portal, the organisation has created a series of step-by-step tutorials to guide people through each process.
