The 155th Balmoral Show in Co Antrim was well and truly underway as we went to press, with the usual high standards across the equine classes, including in-hand and ridden showing, working hunter and show jumping. Athlone Young Rider Francis Derwin took the win in the 1.45m International Grand Prix on Friday. There will be extensive coverage of the Show in next week’s edition.
