THE North Galway Hunt are hosting a charity fun race in aid of the Galway Hospice at its annual point-to-point fixture at Belclare, Tuam next Sunday, March 10th. Members of the hunt will don their trainers in place of their riding boots and run to raise much needed funds for the essential facility. Kindly sponsored by Palace Foods, the race is after the last fixture race of the day.

Racing goes to post at 2pm on Michael Cunningham’s land in Golden Park, Belclare which just off the N17 between Galway city (33 km) and Tuam (7 km).
