THE Tara Harriers’ Ladies’ Day last weekend was a resounding success, drawing participants from across Ireland and the UK for a thrilling and memorable day in the countryside.
The meet took place at the picturesque Old Rectory in Kilmessan, where hosts Sally Ann Cooney and Stephen Dillon generously opened the gates to their stunning property for the gathering. Attendees enjoyed refreshments before the off, with the warm hospitality setting a cheerful tone for the day. Over 90 mounted riders turned out for the event, accompanied by many enthusiastic followers on foot. The sight of impeccably turned-out ladies and their mounts created a vibrant and elegant atmosphere.
