THE 1992 Eurovision song contest winner and well-known animal lover Linda Martin paid a visit to the recent Tattersalls Ireland July Show, spending much of her time around the rings catering for those competing in the Kildare North Leinster Area Irish Pony Society classes. In February, Martin opened the Dublin Dog Hub and some of the volunteers at this dog rescue centre were also volunteers at the pony show.

From all reports, Linda had a wonderful day at Tattersalls, mingling with competitors, parents and ponies, while showcasing some of the dogs in her care.
