THE Mark O’Hanlon Racing Quiz took place in The Lord Bagenal Hotel last week and 46 teams took part. The questions were set by Joe Foley and Joey Cullen, and Kevin O’Ryan was the MC.

The winning team of Bobby O’Ryan, Aidan ‘Mouse’ O’Ryan, Ryan McElligott and Ger Connolly scored an amazing 93 points out of 100. In second place came Joseph O’Brien’s team which included J.J. Slevin, Kevin Blake and Mark Hackett. Third was the Thoroughbred Daily News combination of Emma Berry, Nancy Sexton and Brian Sheerin, with breeder Luke Barry.
