THE racing world is full of festivals, but we host a festival of a different nature at Ballinlough, Body & Soul, which takes place for the 11th time in June. It remains an independent operation in what has become a very competitive market, with two or three major operators offering an increasing supply of such events.

Nevertheless, Body & Soul’s influence is significant, both as an ongoing element of the Electric Picnic and as a launch pad for many contributors to other Festivals.
