PUNCHESTOWN Racecourse has signed a sponsorship deal with horsebox manufacturer Overlander.

The new partnership will see Overlander sponsor a race at the 2025 Punchestown Festival, as part of a season-long branding package at the track.

Based in the N7 Commercial Centre in Naas, Overlander is already a popular brand in Irish racing. The company also sponsors at Naas Racecourse and has signed up trainer Ted Walsh as an ambassador.

The Irish National Stud is also a fan - just last Sunday, the stud won an Overlander R240 horsebox as vendor of Spirit D’or, winner of the Tattersalls Ireland Super Auction Sales Stakes.

Stud CEO Cathal Beale will be picking up the keys at next week’s September Yearling Sale in Fairyhouse.
