DAVID Paton, an equestrian artist living in Balrath, Co Meath, has had two ‘racing’ paintings accepted into a prestigious exhibition currently on show in Britain.
The paintings are of Kyprios being led in at Royal Ascot and of a racing scene at Down Royal. They are being displayed at an exhibition hosted by the British Society of Equestrian Artists at Weston Park in Shropshire, at the Rose Paterson Art Gallery, until next Wednesday, October 2nd.
David, who hunts with the Tara Harriers, is hoping this publicity will help him in his ambition to become a full-time artist. You can view David’s work online and give him a call if you would like to discuss a commission.
