The quality of Irish racing was broadcast on the world stage on Friday when Irish-trained horses won all three Grade 1 turf races on the opening evening of the Breeders' Cup at Del Mar in California.
Co Meath trainer Ger Lyons and his neighbour Colin Keane got the ball rolling for the Irish when Magnum Force won the Juvenile Turf Sprint.
For good measure, Co Westmeath trainer Adrian Murray saddled runner-up Arizona Blaze.

Aidan O'Brien, Ryan Moore and the Coolmore team were out of luck in that race with Whistlejacket (fifth) but they made no mistake in the Juvenile Fillies Turf and Juvenile Turf, taking both contests with Lake Victoria and Henri Matisse respectively.
Lake Victoria was the odds-on favourite for her race and she overcame trouble in running to win well.
"She was just a level above these!"

Henri Matisse completed the Ballydoyle double, coming from the rear to win the Juvenile and give O'Brien a record seventh win in the race.
By Wootton Bassett out of top miler Immortal Verse, Henri Matisse had run below form last time out at ParisLongchamp but O'Brien put that performance down to the application of blinkers which, he said, frightened the horse.
