RECENT Toomebridge point-to-point winner She Is For Me Boys will be offered for sale online by Tattersalls next Thursday at 11am. Bidding closes 24 hours later.

Trained by Ellen and James Doyle, She Is For Me Boys is a five-year-old mare by Clovis Du Berlais. Making her debut at Toomebridge on October 5th, she won by three lengths and her form has already been boosted by the runner-up Bayonetta subsequently winning at Portrush last weekend. The mare is an own-sister to hurdles scorer Jane Du Berlais and hails from the family of Champion Chase winner Klairon Davis.

There are 160 horses in the catalogue for the Tattersalls Online October Sale. It features 102 horses in and out of training, 30 yearlings, 17 broodmares, four foals, four stores and three point-to-pointers.

Ben Haslam’s Castle Hill Stables will offer two decorated blacktype performers on behalf of leading owner J.P. McManus. High class hurdler Aramax won the Grade 3 Fred Winter Juvenile Handicap Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival and is a three-parts brother to multiple Grade 1 winner Aramon.

The son of Maxios is offered with a current BHA hurdle rating of 122 and he will be joined by Ciel De Neige, a multiple graded placed hurdler and chaser.

Exciting prospect

The quartet from Jessica Harrington’s Commonstown Stables features promising four-year-old hurdler Pigeon House, a recent winner at Ballinrobe who boasts a current IHRB hurdles rating of 131. The draft also includes an exciting prospect in the three-year-old Time Test gelding Cruden, who won on his hurdles debut at Cork last weekend.

Dylan Cunha Racing will consign two lots in the sale, led by listed placed two-year-old Zminiature. The son of Territories won the Class 2 Brocklesby Stakes on debut this season and subsequently placed third in the Listed National Stakes at Sandown. He is being offered with a current Timeform rating of 83.

A contingent of 30 yearlings are catalogued by proven Group 1 stallions including Cotai Glory, Dandy Man, Mehmas and Territories.

Sure to garner plenty of interest is the filly by exciting young sire Mohaather out of the Group 3 winner Whazzis, already the dam of blacktype filly Whim, from the family of this year’s Group 2 Royal Lodge Stakes winner Wimbledon Hawkeye. Yearlings are also on offer by Advertise, Bungle Inthejungle, Far Above, Magna Grecia, Saxon Warrior and Sergei Prokofiev.

The sale will provide plenty of opportunities for prospective breeders with 17 broodmares listed. Whitsbury Manor Stud consign two mares in foal to resident stallion Sergei Prokofiev, including the listed winner Sugar Beat, a granddaughter of Grade 1 winner Malibu Mint, and Country Charm, a half-sister to listed-winning sprinter Rocket Rodney out of an own-sister to Group 2 winner Mister Cosmi and Group 1-placed Auditorium.

Mares are also offered in foal to proven blacktype sire Awtaad and exciting young sires Nando Parrado and Rich History.

There are four foals on offer by Capri, Expert Eye, Vadamos and Yeats, as well as four stores catalogued by Dartmouth, My Dream Boat, Poet’s Word and The Irish Rover.
