Goffs UK managing director Tim Kent said: “We are always looking for ways to add to our service and it’s in that spirit that we launch the August Sale’s new NH two-year-old session in support of the new junior hurdle races.

The new section fits seamlessly into the August Sale, which is an established mid-summer event and, along with the Yorton Sale on September 8th, we now have two sales offering NH two-year-olds.

“The mare session has also attracted a good number of entries which are headed by the top-class hurdler Miss Heritage who is sure to generate a lot of interest.

“Couple that with horses-in-training, stores and some high-class British and Irish pointers, many of which have won their debut outings, there is plenty of quality at this sale and we look forward to welcoming everyone to Doncaster on Wednesday, August 3rd.”
