NEW Zealand’s Sam Lissington recorded her second win in Ireland when landing the NutriScience CCI4*-S at Ballindenisk on Alex and Joe Giannamore’s Holstein gelding Bing Bong who had been placed on his two previous visits to this country.

The Wiltshire-based combination were lying fifth after dressage on 30.9 penalties and moved up two places with their clear show jumping round on Saturday. The following morning, they were fastest across the country (four time penalties) to finish nearly eight points clear of Ireland’s Sarah Ennis and Grantstown Jackson (42.8). Ireland’s Michael Ryan placed third on TR Kaygraff whose total of 46.1 included 14.8 time penalties on the final phase.
