THE ESP Fall Finale took place in Wellington, Florida, over the weekend, with the $25,000 JTWG Grand Prix being held late on Sunday morning to wrap up the event.

A total of 24 combinations took on US course designer Oscar Soberon’s track, with nine of them jumping clear and returning for the jump-off.

Ireland’s Darragh Kenny and Amsterdam 27 were the fastest clear and led the victory gallop.

“He was very good down here last winter and then he got a little bit of an injury setback. We’re just kinda starting back again, but he feels amazing,” explained Kenny. “He’s one of the best horses I’ve ever ridden in my life and it’s nice to just have him feeling fresh and good.”

The competition resumes next week on Thursday, November 9th, with the last week of the Fall Series, ESP November, on the main grounds of Wellington International, with an exciting competition schedule from Friday to Sunday.
