HARRY Marshall and his own eight-year-old home-bred mare Morning Attraction (VDL Harley x Morgenster) won the 1.30m two-phase, breaking the finish beams in a time of 27.62 seconds in the 24-strong class at Kernan’s Equestrian Centre.

Nicole Kershaw riding Lisa Rosbotham’s mare Miss Valent (Valent x John Henry) came closest to catching Marshall when they stopped the clock at 28.22 for second place.

Sven Hadley took third place aboard his own Sumas Taloubet (Taloubet VDL x Pride of Shaunlara) in 28.97, while Kershaw also claimed fourth place with her other mount, Lorna Moore’s 10-year-old mare GSS Mircino (Pacino x Tumbleweed Royale).

Holly Miller and Darragh Ryan’s seven-year-old Belgian-bred gelding Quatre Saisons Dwerse Hagen slotted into fifth with a double clear in 30.82.

Kershaw riding Elaine McIntyre’s GBBS Ltd-bred seven-year-old BP Elvandas (Vigo D’Arsouilles X VDL Arkansas) accounted for the final place in the line-up in sixth.
