MARK Ruddock, newly-elected chairman of the board of Dressage Ireland, emailed all members of the organisation this week seeking their input into preparing a strategic plan for the national body for the next few years.
The questions are mainly standard for a survey of members, but respondents were asked if they found it difficult to qualify for one of the two national championships and what type of subsidised training interests them. A list of major dates was published recently, as well as revised qualification criteria for the Winter Finals.
Members are being enticed to fill in the survey with the prospect of winning a free horse registration for 2024.
