IRISH International Dressage rider Sorrell Klatzko and her partner Alex Kinsella tied the knot recently at Virginia Park Lodge in Co Cavan, surrounded by friends and family.

Klatzko told The Irish Field: “We celebrated our wedding after nearly 20 years together! Virginia Park Lodge was our dream venue and it delivered the best food, most amazing ambiance and very special wedding for us, our families and friends, who joined us from all over the world. It was for sure the best day of our lives and we felt very lucky to be able to share it with so many friends, who all are part of our life.

“It was special for us to have our children share the day and be involved as a bridesmaid, flower girl and groomsman. Everyone enjoyed the Richard Corrigan food and there was great music, with the DJ freestyling on his saxophone.

“One of the highlights was when the kids did a dance off... girls vs boys, Hiphop vs Moonwalk! We don’t plan a honeymoon, as we are busy with the horses, training and preparing them for the season ahead and, with a very talented team of dressage horses developing and the children enjoying their show jumping, we are busy. It was a great party, long awaited and worth feeling exhausted and having no voice for a week.” Congratulations from the team here at Irish Horse World.
