Maura Fay is the Online Content Manager with the Irish Farmers Journal which she joined in May 2013. She maintains farmersjournal.ie and works on developing the digital media presence of the organisation and its range of multi-media products such as videos, podcasts and infographics. She previously worked a researcher with Newstalk and as news-reader and presenter with NorthernSound FM. She hails from beef and sheep farm in Drumconrath, Co. Meath. She has a degree from the Dublin Institute of Technology in Journalism and Gaeilge. Her interests outside of farming are horses, politics and the GAA.
