DANNY Mullins is now an ambassador for Leopardstown Racecourse. The role will see Mullins involved in developing content aimed at engaging racing fans and driving interest in the sport.
With a distinguished career in both flat and National Hunt racing, the 32-year-old has accumulated an impressive 582 wins, including 28 prestigious Grade 1 victories.
Danny’s first career win came in May 2008 at Leopardstown on My Girl Sophie for Jim Bolger. He has also won plenty of big races over jumps at the track, most notably a rapid-fire hat-trick at the 2024 Dublin Racing Festival, and another Grade 1 win at the 2025 DRF aboard Solness.
As part of his new role, Danny will work closely with Leopardstown to develop content on its digital channels and on racedays. His involvement will bring fans behind the scenes of racing, offering insights into the life of a jockey and people in the industry, fostering a deeper connection with the sport. Additionally, Danny will take part in inspiring the next generation of racing enthusiasts through education days.
Danny will carry the Leopardstown brand on kit both on and off the track.
Leopardstown’s CEO Tim Husbands said: “Danny is a great role model for young people and a brilliant personality for racing.”
Danny added, “Leopardstown holds a special place in my heart, I’ve been lucky to ride a lot of big winners there.”
