TREO Eile has announced it will continue to support the various arena eventing series’ for 2025. With the addition of Killossery Arena Eventing to the established partnerships with Flexi Eventing, EI Western Region Starter Series and Stepping Stones to Success, Treo Eile will provide prize sponsorship for Thoroughbreds competing at the 80cm-90cm level range.

Treo Eile will sponsor a prize fund of €150 per each leg of the competitions, as well as €300 at the final. New for 2025 is the opportunity for a rider/horse combination to win a Grand Slam Bonus of €500.

The top six placed combinations on the ‘final day’ of each individual league will receive points towards a Grand Slam Bonus. To qualify for the bonus, combinations must compete in at least two of the participating leagues. The bonus will be awarded in May to the combination with the highest overall points attained at the final of two or more of the participating leagues. Competitors must compete at the final of two of the leagues to be eligible for the bonus.

Horses must not have evented or show jumped at 1.05m or above and they must be registered with Treo Eile. Participation at league finals is subject to the criteria outlined by the event organiser.

Qualifiers

Flexi Eventing is due to start today (Saturday) at the Meadows Equestrian Centre and will run six qualifiers before the final on February 22nd. Killossery Arena Eventing will begin on January 19th with four qualifiers before a final on March 2nd. The Eventing Ireland Western Region Starter Series starts on March 16th and runs with five qualifiers and a final on April 21st, while Stepping Stones to Success begins on April 2nd with the first of four qualifiers and a final on April 30th.
